Founded in 2002, Semonik Creative specializes in graphic design for mid-size to large companies to effectively brand, add value and strengthen customer relationships for clients. This takes the form of advertising, identity programs, annual reports, capabilities brochures, newsletters, direct mail, packaging, display, signage, as well as web and digital media solutions.
They have built long-term relationships with clients founded on creativity, trust, work ethic and reliability to deliver in the client’s best interest. Most of their clients have been served by the firm for 10 years or more.
Devoted to pro bono service for community and humanitarian causes, the firm provides design support to several non-profit and charitable organizations, among them the Beaver Area Heritage Foundation and PUSH Beaver County. This also includes former board-level volunteerism with the Rotary Club of Beaver and Homemaker Home Health Aide of Beaver County, Inc.
Their office is located in Beaver, PA., 35 miles from downtown Pittsburgh. They proudly serve local, regional and national clientele.
Johanna Semonik, Principal + Creative Director
Specializing in print and web design, Johanna is known for her creative skill and technical knowledge as well as passion, responsiveness, flexibility and willingness to handle challenges.
Many of her clients are in the fields of professional services, information technology, real estate, transportation and government. Her work has received multiple awards from the Pennsylvania State Association of Boroughs as well as the Pennsylvania State Association of Township Supervisors. Her work has also been featured in a front-page Accounting Today article, and the Beaver County Times noted that one of her sites helped a client “keep pace with the latest Internet search trends in order to keep pace with the competition.”
Johanna is a former Board Secretary of the Rotary Club of Beaver and designed its inaugural Vision Statement. She is a past board director of Homemaker Home Health Aide of Beaver County, Inc., and a volunteer with local nonprofit and charitable organizations.
Paul Semonik, Graphic Designer + Production Guru
With two decades of diverse, hands-on digital experience designing and producing Fortune 500-quality work, Paul produces complex packaging solutions, brand identity and marketing collateral, with strong expertise in print production and illustration.
He is acknowledged by clients for his abilities to creatively solve problems, be highly organized, stay on budget and deliver final product based on high quality techniques, tools and principles.
His achievements include several local and regional ADDY Awards. His work has also been published in HOW Magazine, PRINT Magazine, Graphis, The Society of Publication Designers Annual 37 and Graphic Design USA, and he has obtained additional credentials from the Graphic Arts Technical Foundation and Xerox Corporation.
